Persuasion: A Latter-Day Tale by: Rebecca Jamison Book Tour

Title: Persuasion: A Latter-Day Tale
Author: Rebecca H. Jamison
Publisher: Cedar Fort

Description: When Anne broke off her engagement seven years ago, she thought she’d never see Neil Wentworth again. But when Neil’s brother buys the house she grew up in, it seems fate has other plans in store, and Anne is woefully unprepared for the roller coaster of emotions that accompanies Neil’s return. Fans of Persuasion will love this fast-paced, modern retelling of Jane Austen’s most romantic novel.

My Review:

What a great story Anne never thought she would see her ex-boyfriend Neil Wentworth again, or start to feel an attraction to him, even when she took up up with Will a man of many secrets.  Anne thought she would be able to move on and have a happy life.

Little did she know that love was in the air, it took some working for Anne and Neil to find their way back to each other.  Neil had to get past the heartbreak Anne created when she left him years ago.  Annie had to find out if the relationship was even possible.

Definitely an author I would be on the look out for, her story was fabulous.  We meet some lively characters Anne’s family, Neil’s family a family that are friends of Anne’s.  In this story alot of relationships are created and families started. Just a wonderful book I would read again!
