Private Investigator Cat DeLuca and her Pants on Fire Detective Agency have a reputation for catching cheaters. It’s a skill Cat mastered when married to her run-around ex, Johnnie Ricco. Armed with a camera, Cat scales balconies, dangles from hotel windows, and splashes the bare facts on 8X10 glossies. They tend to sweeten her clients’ divorce settlements.
This book was great, it had the right amount of action/adventure mixed in with humor lots and lots of humor. The author did a great job detailing how crazy families can be. The Main character Cat DeLuca spends much of the book trying to convince people she’s not crazy when she suffers a explosion and a brick to the head. Her mother has decided she’s crazy and does everything in her power to rid her daughter of the crazy notion called her career as a p.i for cheaters called Pants on Fire Agency. Once you pick it up to read you’d be surprised how fast it moves along. Definitely a book I would read again. I will be looking for more by this author. Definitely a 5 cup book!
